2022 – Year in Review

While the construction industry emerges from COVID lockdowns, labor shortages, and supply chain issues, Portland Bolt continues to thrive. Our ability to manufacture and galvanize nonstandard anchor bolts and construction fasteners allows us to be in complete control over lead times and the quality of the products we supply. Shown is the state of the art bolt manufacturing facility ran by Portland Bolt.

We would like to thank our loyal customers for partnering with us on your 2022 projects. Shipping on your schedule and providing outstanding customer service resulted in a 19% revenue growth in 2022!

To keep up with demand, in the second half of 2022 we hired a variety of employees necessary to continue this growth trajectory. New employees include a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, Accounting Clerk, VP of Human Resources, Business Development Representative, and a Digital Marketing Specialist. In early 2023, we intend to add a Data Analyst to the team. These new employees will be introduced in upcoming newsletters.

Portland Bolt has given a few long term employees a promotion to help train the newer sales positions.

2022 also brought about restructuring within our sales department. Experienced Account Managers, Mike Monlux, Anthony Porreco, and Kyle Pettijohn have all been promoted to Sales Management positions where they will not only handle key accounts but will also lead a small group of account managers. This increased training and oversight will expedite the learning curve for our newer salespeople.
