Hello, I’m looking for a timber mat / crane mat rod measuring 1-1/4″ in diameter by 48″ long. Looking to buy in in bulk and have rods shipped to the Nashville TN area. Galvanized is a must and I’m looking for heavy duty rod to be threaded on one end so lock nut can be attached tightly without loosening. Lock nut would need to be galvanized however if you guys offer a better or more effective bolt that not only will allow washer to be bypassed but offer a more securely tightened fit with least likely hood of loosening up then I’m all ears. Other end of bolt needs to have heavy duty flat head apx 2″ in diameter and head needs to be able to take beating of sledge hammer as some pins do not go thru automated pre drilled holes always with ease. Head also needs to be able to securely fasten into sides of hardwood timbers flushly but more importantly head needs to lock into sides securely. Head can be flat or somewhat rounded hex or circular and size can be from 2″ up to a max of 2-1/2″ max. Please email your best options while keeping pricing in mind for were in a competitive market and bulk pricing will be the deciding factor if you guys have or can make what I’m looking for. Thank you
